    WHen RSF runs, i get the following error:

    the PENDING.FDL shows:
            GLOBAL_BUFFER_COUNT     51
            NAME                    "OA$DATA:PENDING.DAT"
            ORGANIZATION            indexed
            OWNER                   [SYSTEM]
            PROTECTION              (system:RWED, owner:RWED, group:,
    world:)
    
    we're going to run it agian tonight after removing the OWNER field from
    the FDL file.
    
    baut anyone else seen this?

    Ann,
    
    	Lots of people have seen this or similar problems.
    
    	The OWNER field in the FDL must be a valid VMS UIC identifier. If
    	it isn't then you'll see the '%FDL-E-SYNTAX' error.
    
    	Check that user SYSTEM has an identifier of SYSTEM, or remove the 
    	owner field from the FDL.
