Hi,
I'm out @Customer site doing IOS support. Over the past week a
worrying no. of ALL-IN-1 users have been zapped from their accounts
when creating message headers. I've been unable to emulate from the
ALL-IN-1 or my own non-privileged account. Before crashing, an error
message is issued, something like
"Libget Vm Failure 2192 bytes at 00000000 in OADSA in routine
Oa$dsa clear-rec".
As far as I can determine, all the users were using P.C.'s in terminal
emulation. I've checked through some of the other pointers in this
notesfile...all accounts have oanicknames.dat files, they're not
sequential etc. etc.
I have a feeling the system running at or near capacity, I'll be
investigating this next week. However any pointers b4 then would be
appreciated. ALL-IN-1 version is V3.0 PBL123a.

| one thing to check is whether they're using funny addresses e.g an
address that is an alternate mail destination and runs a .CMU or .COM
file as most of the related problem reports appear to be in that area.
