	I have run some tests at a TeamLinks site with some very interesting 
        results. 

	The PC user was connect/disconnected/connected.... During the 
        reconnections monitoring of the VMS server showed sequential RMS 
        GETS to FILECAB.DAT of 900 per sec (2000 max) for 45 seconds. IE a 
        total of about 45,000 reads to FILECAB.DAT. (100% cache hits)

	Monitoring of FCS showed 45 secs elapsed 25 secs of CPU with only 
        about 100 DIO's. There was no incraese in FCP "Opens", the 500+ 
        files that were open stayed open.

	There appears to be a problem with the way FILECAB.DAT is being 
        accessed. Any thoughts? QAR time?
