For technical and marketing reasons the only upgrade supported by the V3.1
installation procedures will be from V3.0 ALL-IN-1 and V3.0 ALL-IN-1 STARTER.
Please inform your customers and relevant distribution lists of this as
customers must upgrade from all versions before V3.0 to V3.0 in preparation for
installing V3.1 on VAX or Alpha AXP. Moving to V3.0 enables customers to take
advantage of TeamLinks V2.0 clients.
For customers with LLVs of V2.4 of STARTER without a corresponding V3.0 LLV to
move to, temporary licenses of full ALL-IN-1 V3.0 will be supplied, enabling
them to move to V3.0 and then onto one of the V3.1 licensing options (including
STARTER) available on VAX or Alpha AXP.
