    Are many ALL-IN-1 users using the ALL-IN-1 Personal Assistant these
    days?  Any notable experiences, either positive or otherwise?
    
    I am trying to pull together some information about how people within
    Digital, and our customers, are using our active agent technology to
    prioritize e-mail and improve group communications.  The
    ALL-IN-1 Personal Assistant is the first released product Digital has in
    this area.
    
    I would appreciate hearing from anybody in the ALL-IN-1 community about
    experiences with A1PA--either personal experiences or reports of
    customer experiences.  What kind of rules do you write to sort mail? 
    Are you refiling documents? or forwarding some to other members of your
    work group?  Have filters had any impact on the way you work, or on how
    you are now using ALL-IN-1? 
    
    Any & all comments would be greatly appreciated.
