Aston,
Unfortunately there are two places where the names of system folders
are stored. SYSTEM_FOLDERS.DAT is for the file cabinet server, whilst
ALL-IN-1 IOS would need to be customised. I believe the module to look
at is OAET.MAR which sits in OA$BUILD. Other than that I'll leave more
details to someone more knowledgable in this area.

Yes, Kevin is right, change the folder names *exactly in sync* with the
ones in SYSTEM_FOLDERS.DAT to make IOS behave the same as the File
Cabinet Server. You can change OAET.MAR with CM, but you have to relink
ALL-IN-1 afterwards. You'll probably need to stop and start the FCS as
well.
Now what the implications on the rest of the system might be, I'll pass
you onto Stuart...

You will definetly need to stop/start the FCS.
One thing to consider. there is a bug against the FCS that it
puts sent mail into the OUTBOX. Note that I said the OUTBOX, not the
I18N for it. That's right, OUTBOX is hard coded in. not a hard fix
but to my knowledge it hasn't been fixed yet. Sorry don't know
the THR number.

| How about message files containing system folder names?
You should check them too!

| I don't like the sound of all this. In V3.0 I think there were some
restrictions that will be very hurtful. For example I think you
couldn't answer messages that are in the WASTEBASKET.
It must be cheaper to buy the MJU than the cost of this customisation.
Especially when it comes bundled in with the PFR.
Cheers

Quite, it is because the customer has caught wind of this that he doesn't want
to buy MJU.
Thanks for all your inputs.
