    Hi,
    
    a customer has a ALL-IN-1 V.3.0-1 cluster (incl. patches ECO001,FIX002,
    FIX007,FIX009) with 650 users.
    The EW housekeeping procedure logs following messages:
    
    Drawer: [BROEKER]STANDARD cannot be made current
    
    this happend for 6 accounts. Processing the 
    "cabinet set_drawer "[BROEKER]STANDARD" command (as used in the
    SMREORGJAN.SCP) interactively doesn't produce any error, the status 
    is "1".
    
    next:
    
    Drawer: [BROSSOG]STANDARD is beeing processed 22.29
    Drawer: [BROSSOG]STANDARD emptying wastebasket
    Das Fach wurde bereits von einem anderen Benutzer aufgerufen.
    Drawer: [BROSSOG]STANDARD reorganized
    
    The german message means something like:
    The drawer is already in use by another user.
    this happend for 4 accounts. It seems that the wastebasket got emptied,
    but we are not shure.
    
    A second run didn't sho any problems. 
    The customer would like to know, under which conditions things like that
    could happen. Is there anything he can do to prevent it.

	Hi, The EW housekeeping procedure is designed to run whether or not users are logged in. If a user is logged in then the wastebasket will be emptied, but the drawers files will not be converted. You will see in the script a CABINET LOCK_DRAWER function that will attempt to get an exclusive lock on the drawer. This is necessary before the RMS convert can be done on the drawer files.
