Hello, Does anybody knows the products ALL-IN-1 for Customer Service for call handling ? I have a copy of a brochure, but I cannot find any SPD or more details, even the reference to order it. I would like to know where to find informations about it throught the net. Thanks by advance Didier.

This was an ASSET package called ALL-IN-1 System for Customer Service (SCS) many years ago, but i doubt whether it has been upgraded to work with v3.0. A quick scan on VTX under European ASSETS came up with nothing, so it looks as though you are out of luck. If i remember correctly, it allowed you to define a hierarchy of products and problems, so that you could produce complex reports based on what the support people were working on. There is a (UK?) ASSET called CHOPS (Call Handling for OPerations) which may do what you want instead! Thats about all i can come up with, mb | |||||

Didier, SCS was retired over 18 months ago when the Charlotte Organization was deemed superfluous to the company's needs. Also please spell ALL-IN-1 correctly it is a trademark Regards, Andrew.D.Wicks |
