    Hi:
    
    A client of mine has reported the following:
    
    When creating a message and attaching documents to that message using
    the index of documents function, occasionally, they get the wrong
    document attached. Not just the previous or next document in the index
    of documents, but a document from an entirely different folder!  This
    happens very rarely, but it does seems to be more than just a user 
    error.  Has anyone encountered this particular problem with
    attachments?
    
    VMS 5.5-2 and ALL-IN-1 V3.0a.
