    the MORE$SCROLL$...forms should the code be on?

    Hi,
    
    You probably mean the EM index of documents? In which case the form is
    EM$INDEX$OPTIONS.
    
    However if you mean any index, then MORE$SCROLL$KEYS$INDEX is what you
    want.

    which inDEX screen?
    
    ... make sure that your MORE$SCROLL$KEYS$INDEX ends up in the right
    SITE form library because for System Management, System Admin, CM etc
    they have their own version - i'd guess you're playing with SITEOAFORM?
