We are running V2.4. My predecessor customized ALL-IN-1 such that only
a non-privilege account and Manager can use the SUBSCRIBER distribution
list. Other users can not use this distribution. In fact it is not
appear even when they do a GOLD L.
My predecessor has leave the company and another account need to use
SUBSCRIBER distribution list. I don't know where he made the
customization. Can anyone advise me where to look for some clues ?

Hi William,
I would personally turn on tracing (Gold %) and than examin the trace.
Followed this by entering ALL-IN-1 with /nocustomisation and getting
another trace, then compare the two traces.
You can also look in the Customisation Management sub-system this
actually has a list of elements that have been modified. There are
options to print the element modification history as well.
With all of the you will hopefully be able to find the set of
customisations. It may take a little bit of time but it would be worth
your while. To try and give you clues as to what could have been
customised my mislead, it would be educated guess work.
