3612.1 | SIXEL is supported | IOSG::NEWLAND | Richard Newland, IOSG, REO2-G/L2 | Wed Dec 01 1993 18:36 | 32 |
| SIXEL (and REGIS) is supported by the LIST function, assuming you are using
ALL-IN-1 from a terminal which supports these protocols.
The SIXEL or REGIS region is displayed between picture markers, i.e.
-------------- PICTURE -----------------
The text before and after the picture is not displayed on the screen at the
same time. This is because a SIXEL or REGIS graphic often requires a full
screen to dispay correctly. Therefore as you scroll through the file the
following is displayed on the screen:
[1] Text

3612.2 | What about SIXEL as att and DDIF ?? | TAV02::CHAIM | Semper ubi Sub ubi ..... | Thu Dec 02 1993 06:53 | 10 |
| Now that I know that SIXEL support basically exists, is it possible to attach a
SIXEL file to a document, or is it only supportd within a WPS-PUS document
within a specified control block.
Also, what about a DDIF document. COuld this be attached to a WPS-PLUS
document?
Thanks,
Cb.

Your SIXEL file should be brought into ALL-IN-1 as an ASCII document.

Yes.
