    What are the files in OA$ADMIN_DATA?  They are something like
    ZXYW324SD.DAT, the content are some ALL-IN-1 account name.
    
    Can I delete these files?

    Banquo,
    The directory is used for holding data files used in scheduling
    housekeeping jobs. 
    Unless you are sure that no housekeeping jobs (TRM, TRU, EW, etc.)
    have been scheduled, then I would not delete them.
