I am having a problem with Grant Mail Access.  Student1 grants mail access 
(process or any other) to Student2.  Student2 logs in and sets mail user to 
Student1.  Student2 can read and index on the main drawer.  When Student2 
goes to create a mail message for Student1 they fill in the addresses and 
after they have typed in the subject and pressed return they are thrown out 
to the mail menu and receive the message "no message was created".  What am I 
missing or what am I doing wrong.

I am using ALL-IN-1 IOS server for VMS V3.0 PBL123A.

    I think your problem is due to incorrect protections on the users'
    A1.DIR's. Protection should be:
    
    				  A1.DIR;1             (RWE,RWE,E,E)
