It appears that ALL-IN-1 V3.0 (Finnish) does not notify user about new mail
using terminal bell. Earlier versions of Finnish ALL-IN-1 did this. Also
English ALL-IN-1 V3.0 does use terminal bell.

I have traced this being due to symbols DLVNEU and DLVNEV missing cr/control-G
on Finnish ALL-IN-1.

My question is, how do I get those characters back there using "supported ways.
It appears that MAIL.MSG is not customizable through CM.
