    Hi,
    
    A customer has just upgraded his ALL-IN-1 STARTER from v2.4 to v3.0.
    Everything seems fine, except in printing documents, he encounter the
    following error:
    
    "background formatter job revised terminate with error status -
     %WPSPLUS-E-GENERIC_MSG_TRA, error occurred during operation."
    
    Anyone encountered similar before ? Your idea/input would be highly
    appreciated.

    If they are using their own customized printer tables, have they converted 
    them to v3 format via WP PT CO option ?

    Thanks for your reply. After going to the WP PT CO, no printer table 
    could be found using index or Gold-L, do we have to input the path and
    file name of each printer table one by one ? But, anyway, are those
    .PRA and .PRC files the so-called printer table ?

    Amendment of the previous note (.2):
    
    Hi Clive,
    
    I did it ! And it works !
    
    I could convert those .PRA and .PRC files except some customized files
    used by the customer ( after conversion, file size is zero !!? ). 
    Four of them ( FAXBOX.PRA/.PRC and FOXCOM.PRA/.PRC ) have been located in 
    
        23535::$255$DUA4:[SIMONLAU.FAXTABLE]
    
    
    Anyone can give me some idea why they couldn't be converted ?

    MAGIC::WPS-PLUS is back -- 2.4 tables won't convert to 3.0 format if
    they're really 2.2 tables -- they were never converted before, but the
    2.3/2.4 formatter could recognize the old format, so they didn't have
    to be "converted"...  open them up with PTU from 2.4, then convert with
    3.0...
