VMS 5.5-2 ALL-IN-1 3.0
When editting and filing a document which is in a shared folder owned
by the ALLIN1 account, they get an error message:
"System error has occured, refer to extended status for system error
code"
Gold W gives:
%OAFC-I-SYSTEMERR, System error has occured, refer to extended status
for system error code
They cannot reproduce the problem anymore, but the customer would like
to know what this message normally means.
Ideas?

The message is one of two in the FCS that basically mean, something
happened that shouldn't be possible. This one is generally used
when the FCS thinks the reason for the impossible is a VMS problem.
