3512.0. "EW fails with 111F9F4C in ALL-IN-1 V3.0-1" by ZUR01::TOLBA () Tue Nov 09 1993 12:42

Hello,

A large ALL-IN-1 customer site encountered a problem with EW after upgraded 
to ALL-IN-1 Version 3.0.  When running the housekeeping procedure EW  
after processing approx. the 1'100st users the procedure aborted with:

Drawer: [MOELLER_CH]MAIN is being processed 22:25
Drawer: [MOELLER_CH]MAIN emptying wastebasket
%SM_EW-E unexpected error condition
-NONAME-F-NOMSG, Message number 111F9F4C
%SM_EW-I-DONE processing complete for %SM_EW
%SMJACKET-I Invoking common END_BATCH procedure
%END_BATCH-I Performing End batch job procedures for "EW"

General infos:
ALL-IN-1 V3.0-1 english
EW was running with 	Reorganize File Cabinets (Y/N): y and 
			Delete temporary files (Y/N): Y

Somer Users are working with WPS-Plus others with WordPerfect.

VIRTUALPAGECNT = 240'000


Following checks have been done:
- Analyze of DOCDB.DAT und DAF.DAT of user Moeller_CH shows no RMS errors
- FC FCO works
- User's directory in Profile is okay

The STARS article 'EW Fails with Message Number 111FF0AC'  suggests to 
increase VIRTUALPAGECNT to 400'000. According to the customer he cannot 
increase his VIRTUALPAGECNT of 240'000.

In the meantime the customer will do the following:
- check oa$temp if a corrupt file is there which cannot be deleted from EW
- run EW without File Cab reorg and without Delete files in OA$temp.


Did somebody else see this behaviour or knows what does the error code
111F9F4C means? Thanks for any hints.
