Hi,
A customer doing ALL-IN-1 IOS upgrade from v2.4 to v3.0 has a problem
encountered, the follow paragraphs are found in the log:
Installing the ALL-IN-1 File Cabinet Server
This installation provides the File Cabinet Server startup file
OAFC$STARTUP.COM into SYS$STARTUP. This file starts a server as a
detached process.
The File Cabinet Server is run by A1V30START.COM
Installing ALL-IN-1 Group Conferencing
Installing WPL-DDIF CDA converter files
%A1-I-EPCFACPROV, Providing DECtrace Facility Definition File
Installing the Linguistics Components Interface
%A1-I-A1LINK, Starting to link images
Building shared image modules
Logins are currently disabled - try again later

Sounds like the old VMS 5.4 problem.
