Hello, Has anyone seen this problem before please.....??? Customer using ALL-IN-1 v3.1 has two vms a/c's pointing to one ALL-IN-1 a/c... The customer changed one of the VMS a/c's from S305SHC to S117SHC, but she did this by creating a new VMS user profile, keeping the same a/c process quota's, but a different UIC. She then changed the a/c file protections. Now when this user tries to print anything, she gets an error, "error opening file OA$TEMP:WPSPLUS$TMP.WPL, OA-E-TXTOPNERR" Both users share the [.OA] directory, but have a separate [.PERSONAL] directory which is unused. We are not sure if the other VMS user is ok, as she's on holiday! Any ideas?? Niki 7844 3680
