Greetings & salutations, Customer is running ALL-IN-1 V3.0-1 (British/Ozzish) Customer claims that when o using TM EV and SO to set access to user A's calendar o setting up meetings with invitees using SRA. Since one of the invitees already had a clash commitment, (ie conflict) that user says No to scheduling, i.e. not going ahead with meeting o The user A would have lots of event mails on this meeting and calendar is "corrupted" prior to the user being logged out. The customer has received but not installed ICF 16 Trace can be found at MSOTIS::DKA300:[BURT.PUBLIC.ALL-IN-1]QB0079.IOS_TRACE; Thanks & regards, Chele B

Hi Chele, This user got what he deserves. The user that created this event was SMU'd to a second user and SO'd to a third user. It's no wonder the poor user that read it has a message in the NOTED state. Dave Zaniewski

Hi Dave, re <<< Note 3482.1 by AIMTEC::ZANIEWSKI_D > This user got what he deserves. The user that created this event > was SMU'd to a second user and SO'd to a third user. It's no > wonder the poor user that read it has a message in the NOTED > state. Is there, perhaps, a description of the logic behind the behaviour - ie you did this, which lead to this, therefore this happened etc. The saying of "nyah" to Mr Customer would probably be frowned upon. (even if I did enjoy it) Chele

Officially, several SPR responses document the problem. Responses to THR-17576 & THR-16965 contain a brief description of the problem. There is also a STARS article titled, ALL-IN-1 V3.0: Set Mail User and Set Owner Synchronization, that warns about not setting these two values properly. None of this is contained in the ALL-IN-1 documentation set. Dave Zaniewski |
