    ALL-IN-1 3.0-1, VMS 5.5-2
    
    a user at my infamous customer has found this and i have dulpicated it
    on my DIGITAL system:
    
    	while reading a message you do an RFD, you do not get a drawer
    	field. this uses the form CAB$REFILE.
    
    	when doing an RFD from a menu, it works fine. calls form FC$REFILE.
    
    is this the way is supposed to work?

    Strange - according to STARS this is fixed in 3.0-1 and it looks like
    it is here.
