Is this product being retired?

Is there a positioning document on this product vis-a-vis DECps or other VMS
system performance tools?  I have it on loan at a customer site, and they 
don't clearly see why they should spend more $$ for this performance reporting
tool that they can't get from TIDY statistics and the like.  (Don't shoot me,
I'm only the messenger, with about 1,000 other things on my plate).
