Customer is running ALL-IN-1 3.0. They have ALL-IN-1 set up to require the user
to answer whether they want to send a read reciept or not. 

Example: 

User A sends a mail message with a read receipt to User B. User B reads the 
message, they then are prompted with the "Do you want to send a read receipt?"
message. When they type Y for Yes then thy see the following error:


%EMD-ISSUEDRR, A READ RECEIPT TO THIS MESSAGE HAS BEEN ISSUED -


%OA-W-CAB-NO_DAF, INVALID DAF POINTER IN DOCUMENT:
000000.

The read receipt is delivered. If we turn on Trace then the problem goes away.
This only happens with some users.

When I looked in the OA$MTI_ERR I see lots of errors. These errors do not
appear at the same time that the above error occurred, but I believe that
they might be related.

I am requesting that the customer go to 3.0-1, but I do not see in the release
notes that Virtual Memory problems were fixed in the patch.
