3406.0. "Scratchpad and PG and no language" by LEMAN::PUNKIE::REGINA (Carrie's in the carrot land) Mon Oct 18 1993 12:34

V3.0-1 and with MUPA:

When printing from the scratch pad and using PG, the language field is not
preset and user always has to set it.

This is also with /nocustom.

Is there a fix? I nosed in STARS and here already...
Thanks and regards
Regina

3406.1You cannot PG from the Scratch PadGIDDAY::SETHIHolland 2-England 0,Andrew wasn't thereTue Oct 19 1993 02:4917
    Hi Regina,

    >When printing from the scratch pad and using PG, the language field is

This is a very odd "problem" as I cannot select PG as the NEXT SCREEN
key is disabled when printing from scratch pad (SP P). You can use
Gold E (GOLD EXPAND) and no where can I find a field with the Language
    field/option.

It would appear that the language field for WPS-PLUS is stored in the
users WPSDEF.WPL, so replace this and see what happens. Sorry I can't
be of much help as I cannot reproduce the problem.

    Regards,

3406.2Std formatting field Y is the culpritLEMAN::PUNKIE::REGINACarrie's in the carrot landTue Oct 19 1993 11:4210
Thanks Sunil.

It sometimes helps to have confirmation or denial. It showed the same
behaviour with nocustom because the WPPARG forms are triggered by the
standard formatting field, which in our case is Y for the ASCII format(s).
Stupid me, it's time for holiday!

Regina
