One of my customers has A1 V3.0-1, with EARS V2.2 and Lotus 1-2-3 for ALL-IN-1 integrated. They are also interested in running integrated WordPerfect under ALL-IN-1. Are there any conflicts with their existing system if they add the WP kit? I know from past experience that the WP kit used to be a real headache with the SMBSRVSHR logical redefinition, and you had to relink, etc. Has any of this improved since 2 yrs ago or so? Are any menus like EM, etc, that EARS touches, also touched by WP? Al P.S. VMS there is at 5.5-2

Does it all work - well sort of - will it all work when you upgrade
this system to have the patch whose name we cannot speak on it
I cannot say (:==:).
Lotus and WordPerfect happily coexist on the same system we have them
on a machine here.
EARS and Lotus are ok as long as you check the changes to form DEFAULT
and SM$MAIN2
The SMBSRVSHR beast still exists so you have to watch out for that.
So go for it - if it goes wrong - call in anytime day or night when i'm
not here.
