Hi,
I have the following questions and hope to get some helps from here:
1. A customer upgrade the ALL-IN-1/V2.4 to v3.0 by
- back up their customized files
- upgrading
- restore the saveset with customized files
I think this is not right, but what is the right way ?
2. The same customer can create new users by manager account, but
the manager account cannot delete user completely:
- VMS account (cannot be deleted)
- user profile(cannot be deleted)
- ALL-IN-1 subdirectory (will be deleted)
I will include a oa$manager_delete.log file in the next note.

Basically it would be nice to know what you did, it could help someone
else if they find that they have got into the same situation. Like all
conferences it's *not* there to just get help but to be helpful as
well.
