Hello, A customer of us is experiencing the next problem : The following problem appears with an increasing frequence : USER_A sends a mail to USER_B who has set an auto-reply. After having answered <Y> to the question Do you want to send this now ? USER_A gets the message (line 24) error opening RPLYHS - file disk_IS:[USER_B.ALLIN1]REPLYHIST.DAT <Gold>Message yields %OA-E-DBEOR, Error opening RPLYHS - File DISK_SMC:[USER_B.ALLIN1]REPLYHIST.DAT; -RMS-E-FLK, file currently locked by another user %EMD-I-MESSENT, The message has been sent It seems there is a collision when opening the reply-history file. I've just been looking at this call. It's ALL-IN-1 V3.0-1, but as it occurs relatively infrequently, -for trouble shooting purposes, too often for the customer..... - it's difficult to track down. Does somebody with access to the sources know if this could be caused by the Fetcher running at the same time local mail is delivered, or by multiple local mail arriving at the same time. Thats my best guess, but would appreciate it if it was confirmed. Cheers, Andy | |||||
