I didn't recognize you were looking for V2.4.
Yes, there has been a Spanish version 2.4 of STARTER.
And yes, I have a copy online, but only Language and Country Component,
somebody else has to give you the Base Component.
If you are interested in the pieces I have, please send me a mail and
name a directory with 34300 free blocks where I can copy it to.
