3295.0. "PRE TEST QUESTION" by ANGLIN::HARRISA (hooked on DAVE) Fri Sep 17 1993 23:22

    ALL-In-1 V3.0-1, VMS 5.5-2

a user's VMS id was changed, onwership of the files appears OK at VMS
level. the ALL-IN-1 profile has the NEW VMS id in the directory field
and the VMSUSr field. there is a OA.DIR . i am able to NEWDIR into the
    account and have NO problems.

the problem i do have with this account is that the PT housekeeping job
keeps marking it as having an error.

ERROR - there is no DOCDB.DAT file in drawer:
    [SMITH, JOHN]MAIN - Directory: OP32:[OLDVMSID.OA]
ERROR - there is no DAF.DAT file in drawer:
    [SMITH, JOHN]MAIN - Directory: OP32:[OLDVMSID.OA]
ERROR - drawer owner not a VMS account name in drawer:
    [SMITH, JOHN]MAIN - Owner: OLDVMSID

    Hi Ann,

I guest that you renamed the OpenVMS account name and than proceeded to
edit the profile and update the VMS Account details. Well if that's
the case no wonder you have a very slight problem.

To get around this problem you will have to remove the [SMITH,JOHN]MAIN
drawer (Note note delete BUT remove). Since it's the MAIN drawer if
you have not already seeded it than proceed to seed it.

    Regards,
