Note 110.0 Looking for Helpdesk software No replies

I'm looking for "helpdesk" software; I have an old VAX/VMS software
source book (10/91) that lists "ALL-IN-1 System for Customer Service"
(SCS), p571ff. Is this, or a successor, available?

What other helpdesk tools are there, perhaps from 3rd parties? Some
names we've heard (but don't have SPD's for) are "CAR PRS" from
Robbins-Gioia, Inc., "HelpDesk" from Intercom Data Sustems Ltd (UK),
and "SupportWise" from BusinessWise, Inc. Lore (or updated SPD's on
these) would be greatly appreciated.

If you wish to get in touch with me directly, please feel free to
contact me or Gary Helmstetter at IntraNet, Inc. 617-527-7020. Or,
via email, "[email protected]" or "[email protected]".

Thanks!

3284.2CHOPS - Call Handling for OPerationSWARNUT::RICESome didn't even realise I'd been away...Tue Sep 21 1993 11:558
What about CHOPS ?
In Europe this is a PASS (Packaged ASSET), part number Q2-GA5**-**
It is designed for call handling - such as Customer Services or an IT
Helpdesk. This sounds like what your looking for, it doesn't use
ALL-IN-1 though :-)

Steve. (Not a CHOPS expert - don't ask me anything else about it!)
