    I have been involved in a customer upgrade to V3, which has presented
    an interesting problem.
    
    Any NEW user added to the system since the upgrade, when printing to an
    LN03 printer ALWAYS gets the flag, burst etc pages even when:
    
    1) the user has specifically set their pront options using GOLD EXPAND
    to NO, and
    
    2) the system manager has set the options under the LN03 PT as NOT
    chanageable and the Value as N.
    
    I have used other printers such as an LN08 with the LN03 printer type
    and the system behaves.  It is only when sending it to the real McCoy
    LN03 that we have the the problem.
    
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I had this problem too.  If you go to US UPS PO, probably you shall 
    find that the settings are blank. If you fill them in accordingly, 
    that should solve your problem.

Could you supply a trace when performing a print to the LN03 done by a new 
user.  Please supply a pointer to a trace file.
