Hello and Greetings,
I have cross-posted this in the WordPerfect conference, but no-one wants to
play, so, her goes....
Customer running ALL-IN-1 V3.0 with WordPerfect 5.1 rev J
User unable to recover journalled WordPerfect documents after system crash.
Message "Document is not empty" is displayed when attempting to recover the
document. He tried to do a Rename, EXIT, then Retrieve of document & still
can't open the document.
Any ideas on what can be done?
