what exactly do you mean - I can think of 3 paper mail options
in EM
o just sending mail to PAPER MAIL
o sending mail to a user who has PAPER MAIL set as their mail
destination
o using the SPM menu option.
the version of ALL-IN-1 you are using is always helpful too.

| Hi Andrew...
It's V3.0...customer wants to know if ALL-IN-1
has a parameter that can stop papermail from being created
when they set up distribution lists and the addressee
doesn't exist...they send around a lot of private info..and
don't like it printed...
Hope this explanation helps....
Cheers, Alex

I don't understand what's happening here. If an addressee doesn't exist, then
a non-delivery report will be returned. Do you mean that when a user is
creating or modifying a DL, that they will be asked if they want to use paper
mail? I think that that is all done in code, but you need an answer from
someone who knows!

I have a customer that asked the same question: she says her clumsy
users type in a non-existant mail address, and it tells them it
can't find this user, would they like to use papermail? They sometimes
say "Y" without thinking and then sensitive material may be printed
out on the printer. (This need not be a senario involving distribution
lists). Is there a simple or a non-simple way of disabling this?
