    ALL-IN-1 2.4, k603 patch, VMS 5.5-2
    
    customer had a 2-node cluster to which a 3rd node was just added.
    installed MR and started ALL-IN-1, no problems there. 
    
    there are 2 problems here:
    
    	1. if you log into the NEW node and create a message at the to
    prompt you enter the name of a user local to this cluster this name is
    displayed twice:
    
    	harris, ann			(Ann Harris       )
    	harris, ann @a1 @cluster	(Ann Harris		)
    
    i have seen this before, i know its easy to fix, but I cannot remmeber!
    
    
    	2. any user is allowed to log into the NEW node, however only 20
    specific people should be able to access ALL-IN-1.  right now anyone can access
    ALL-IN-1.  there are 20 ALL-IN-1-PERSONAL licenses loaded with a
    restricted list of these 20 users VMS ids.
    maybe i should be asking in VMS conference, but just hoping someone
    here might know.

    how have you managed in my absence? (do they have ESB in Minnesota?)
    it's probably the entry in NETWORK.DAT having the wrong value
    in the node field.
