Hello,
Can someone please confirm how CDQ works in v3.0-1?
I have found a stars article which states that there are patches to fix
problems for v2.4 so that archived documents are not counted in the CDQ
count. The only problem is that it does not mention if this problem should
be fixed in v3.0-1.
A customer has found that the users archived documents are still getting
counted in v3.0-1, and wanted to know if there was any way of fixing this.
I tried to run CDQ on our system here to find out if our archived documents
were counted , and was given all kinds of strange numbers in return
i.e.
Total with archived Total without CDQ total
USER1 215 209 182
USER2 27 27 20
USER3 98 96 104
Can someone explain why the numbers are so wrong, and whether archived
documents are counted in this version?

| Hi,
The following are ignored from the count:
1. Documents in the Wastebasket
2. Documents in the INBOX
3. Documents in the PENDING ARCHIVE folder
4. Documents with an archived status
A factor you may have overlooked is that all drawers owned by the user
are counted.
