VMS 5.5 ALL-IN-1 3.0 =� 2.4
A customer has got an ALL-IN-1 3.0 system which is linked to a 2.4
system so they can send mail to and fro.
If a user on the 3.0 system creates a WP document, and sends it as an
attachment to the 2.4 system, when the user prints the whole mail
message, they don't get the attachment printed. If they detach the
attachment and print it, they get nothing.
Looking at the print settings, the first page printed is 20, and the
last page printed is 21, but the document is only 15 pages long!
The document never had these print settings origionally, so can any
suggest where they would have come from? Ideas?
