    ALl-IN-1 3.0-1, VMS 5.5-2
    
    a customer asked me this and i just wasn't sure of the answer...
    
    when a user transfer is performed the sending system sets the MAIDES to
    NO MAIL.  so, i told them that any new mail coming to the account taht
    is beign transferred would be returned to the sender.  
    
    is this right?
