| Hi Ching-U,
What are you refering to in your note ALL-IN-1 IOS or ALL-IN-1 Mail
(now know as DEC MAILworks, client/server application). If it's DEC
MAILworks than you are in the wrong conference you should try
ABBOTT::MAILWORKS-VMS.
On the other hand if it is ALL-IN-1 IOS than give us the following
details : ALL-IN-1 and OpenVMS versions.

It's ALL-IN-1 IOS v3.0 running on VMS 5.5-2.
Customer is using WINDOWS 3.1
Any other info require ?

| It was okay after copying a new WPSDEF.WPL to the user's
directory.

| The problem re-occur and stay even with a new version of WPSDEF.WPL
It was found that READ$WIDE was set to 1. On resetting this flag,
the problem hasn't re-occur, so far.
Just to update on the layest turn of event.
