Hello and Greetings, ALL-IN-1 V3.0-1 (British) User has a Distribution List with the same name as a System distribution list. When doing an Index of the Distribution lists, both are displayed (along with any others) If the user places the arrow marker on the system DL and attempts to Read the System DL, the Personal DL is displayed. Chapter 10 of the User Guide explains that the Personal DL is always used if it and a System DL have the same name, but this seems a bit extreme. Is there a fix/workaround for this problem? Has it been SPR'd? Thanks & regards, Chele

Chele,
Don't know about an SPR but it used to be a known problem in v2.4 _ I
think I may have even introduced it - you'll notice most operations
get confused - if you're an administrator go to SA MDL and read the
system one and you'll see the addressees from the personal one.
It was all going to be fixed but I never got round to it...
