2978.0. "ADM MUA C unable to create account..." by ANGLIN::HARRISA (beep me) Wed Jul 07 1993 20:13

    ALL-IN-1 3.0-1, VMS 5.5
    
    the administrator at a customer site cannot create ALL-IN-1 accounts.
    the VMS account already exists. the job goes to batch, but the log file
    shows the following error:
    
    	Adding disk quota for the new or existing account ...
    Finished adding disk quota with status = 1
    
    Creating the ALL-IN-1 File Cabinet ...
    
    Creating the ALL-IN-1 subdirectory ...
    
    Creating the ALL-IN-1 Shared File Cabinet ...
    
    File Cabinet created with status = 4
    
    A fatal error has occurred in SM_CR_USER_DETAILS.SCP
    
    %OA-W-CAB_DWRLOCKED, Drawer currently being accessed by another user
    
    This adminstrator had created the VMS account ahead of time. Also, she
    had successfully 5 other ALL-IN-1 accounts before this one.  She tried
    creating it again right away and the following was in the log;
    
    Adding disk quota for the new or existing account ...
    Finished adding disk quota with status = 1
    
    Creating the ALL-IN-1 File Cabinet ...
    
    Creating the ALL-IN-1 subdirectory ...
    
    A fatal error has occurred in SM_CR_USER_DETAILS.SCP
    
    I was able to duplicate the errors by trying to create the account from
    the ADM MUA C screen.  The was able to be successfully created from teh
    SM MUA C CU screen.
    
    Anyone see this before.....
