Hi Bob,Kevin and all who're interested in ...
I've ran into a problem at my customer. We're using ALL-IN-1 V3.0-1
German LLV. It's a 2 node cluster (BM01 and BM02) using clusteralias (BM).
A user (UNTERPERTINGER) has reserved a document from a shared drawer
([POSTSEKTII]STANDARD). But he can never unreserve it. Message: Already
reserved from Fritz UNTERPERTINGER at ... at BM (That's himself!)
The ALL-IN-1 manager can't unreserve this document, too. Setting <NEWDIR
on this particular user doesn't help.
What's here wrong.
Please, can you've a look on this.

| Hi all,
I was logged into customers' system today and 'played' a little bit
around there.
After a while of checking the system (they've bought a tuning sevice)
and the FCS (looks very pretty now) I found no errors in the
SYS$MANAGER:OAFC$SERVER.log files.
Then I did a

and see, yeah, it's nevermore a reserved document! The users have
access to it.
But I've received an errormessage
%OAFC-I-PARTIALUNRESERV, Corrupted reserved document has been unreserved
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
What does this mean?
What was corrupted? (the document itself or
only the entry in reservations.dat?)

You forced an unreserve. Fine. The reason the FCS thinks it is corrupt
is the same reason that the original unreserve would not work.
Something was mismatched between everyone who keeps track of
reservations. The force of the unreserve tells it to ignore
this "problem" and unreserve anyway.
I would say you are all set.
