    I have a customer, a State Government Agency, that is in the process of 
    merging with another agency.  One Agency has ALL-IN-1 and the other 
    agency has standardized on WordPerfect Office.  When they merge, they 
    want to standardize on one E-Mail package.  We want it to be ALL-IN-1 
    Electronic Mail.
    
    Since one Agency has dumb terminals (using ALL-IN-1), it would be 
    expensive to replace with PC's to use WordPerfect Office.  However, we 
    could get around that by loading WordPerfect Office on the VAX.  BUT -- 
    ALL-IN-1 has been very good for us in this account and has been used as 
    a showcase for other Sales in the State Government area.  We've also had 
    the opportunity for many add-on sales (upgrades, disk, memory, 
    terminals, etc.)  We don't want to lose this position.
    
    Therefore, my question is:
    
    What are some good reasons to standardize on ALL-IN-1 E-Mail over 
    WordPerfect Office E-Mail?  
    
    (Do we have any information on System Management issues, one system 
    being easier to manage than the other?  Or User addressing being easier 
    on one than the other?  Security?)
    
    Any features that show ALL-IN-1 E-Mail having a clear advantage over 
    WordPerfect E-Mail will be great.  I will give this info to my customer 
    so that he can 'sell' the idea internally.  He doesn't want to lose 
    ALL-IN-1 and neither do we.
