    I found a strange thing when I use shared folder like belows.
    
    I make a DOCUMENTATION in a shared folder , for example
    [DHKIM]PERSONNEL.And I attach a document to it.
    I can read it the original and the attached document.
    But other people can't read the attached document but only read the
    original document.
    
    I can't find the way to solve the problem,so let me know the solution.

    This is a restriction with the use of shared folders. When you access a
    document in a shared folder only the DOCDB attributes are available. 
    
    Two possible workrounds for you:
    
    1. Put the document in a shared drawer, rather than a shared folder.
    
    2. As the owning user, DHKIM in your example, type <CAB SHARE_DOCUMENT
       and then the attachments should be visible. If you need to
       subsequently edit the document later, then you will need to 
       <CAB UNSHARE_DOCUMENT first.
