| Mario,
what a strange question! why do you ask?
During post-install there's a whole batch of CM scripts that get run
that are in OA$LIB e.g CM_POST_CONVERT_LANGUAGES, CM_POST_FILL_APP
and CM_POST_FILL_MAF.
is that what you're looking for? or is there more to this question
than meets the eye.

Andy,
Re: "what a strange question! why do you ask?"
I'm troubleshooting an outage for Mexico.
What a strange reply, why do you ask? :-)
Now, who/what script calls these CM_POST* scripts? I can find where they
are referenced in CM_POST_RUN.SCP but their calls is commented out in there.
Is it done somewhere in A1$POSTINSTALL.COM?
Thanks,
/Mario

| Andy,
Never mind about the original question. I just put my brain in gear and it fell
into place.
Unrelated:
Assuming the original A1$POSTINSTALL failed because there was a v2.4 copy of
CM.FLB in the SITE area, do you see any harm in re-running the
A1$POSTINSTALL.COM again? This appears to be the reason why CM$MAF, CM$SITELOG,
and other files haven't been populated. I'd hate to go through A1$POSTINSTALL
manually and check to see what has and hasn't been done already.
Thanks,
/Mario

2932.4 | I thought I recognised this call | AIMTEC::WICKS_A | U.S.A 2 England 0 - I was there! | Tue Jun 29 1993 16:59 | 11 |
| Mario,
this is the same call that is discussed in note 2895 - the guy who
logged that call worked with Cindy but then decided to close the call
and C1 it (whatever that means) - attempts to contact him after that
failed. So why or how did he log it with you guys? Guess you must know
more about CM than us (:==:)
