2919.0. ""Script server" functional description ?" by BIS1::PECEKE::VANKERKHOVE (Marc Vankerkhove (856-7932)) Fri Jun 25 1993 10:49

I would like to find out what the "script server" which will be available
in the future will be offering exactly to Teamlinks customers, i.e. what
can a customer expect from it and what effort would be required to "port"
existing ALL-IN-1 customizations to the PC platform. Can anybody tell
me whether a specification exists for this server and if so, where I can
find it. Alternatively, can anybody give me a short description of the
expected functionality ?

Thanks.

Since this is a futures question, you ought to ask it in A1INFO.

    The script server is more commonly known as the AIDA server and a brief
    mention of it is given in note 2851.

    there is also some public domain information about this product in the
    press release given out at DECUS but for the moment - at least until
    EFT starts I would think that A1INFO is a better place to discuss it.
