2914.0. "time management question" by SWAM1::VANDERPOT_DA () Fri Jun 25 1993 00:10
An extract for an action follows.
Briefly, the customer is using the time manager.
If an attendee answers NO to a meeting, and NO to having it appear on
her calendar, she will NOT be notified if the event is subsequently
rescheduled or changed.
Since the attendee that answers NO is not removed from the schedulers
attendee list, it is assumed that they will receive subsequent reschedule
notices about that particular meeting. This apparently is not happening.
If the attendee answers NO, but does allow the meeting to appear on her
schedule, it causes confusion for the attendee as well as for other
schedulers scanning for time.
The requested solution space is:
1) Enable attendee to answer no to attending, no to scheduling and
still receive scheduling changes and notices.
or
2) If an attendee answers no to attending and scheduling, remove them
from the etudes list.

This is a known problem and infact I am just about to start testing the
ICF which fixes it and a few other problem. The ICF is 16 and should
be out in about two weeks if all goes well.
Hope this helps.
