Customer is currently upgrading from V2.4 to V3.0. There concern is the enhancements of the Empty Wastebaskets procedure on the V2.4 system that performs operations similiar to the MJU V3.0 PASS. We're trying to convince them to purchase MJU V3.0. Questions? 1. Is the MJU V3.0 PASS going to be incorporated into ALL-IN-1 or will it be considered separate, similiar to the ASSETS packages in the past? I realize this question could be construed as "futures", maybe... 2. Will there be a means for the customer to purchase telephone support or receive upgrades, if enhancements to the PASS are to be performed? 3. Is there an estimate of time required to develope an application performing the same functionality as the MJU? The customer is considering having an application developed. Thanks... Bill

recent Sales Update that you obtain support for MJU under v3.0 by
calling the ASSETS hoitline up-north
