Hi, A customer use the following method to make an ALL-IN-1 account shareable within his department: . running ALL-IN-1 V2.4. . create a ALL-IN-1 account MIS with a valid VMS account say ABC. . make use of the SYSTEM MANAGER account to edit the account MIS and modify its VMS account from ABC to blank. . other accounts can then run ALL-IN-1 with /user=MIS. After his ALL-IN-1 was upgraded to V3.0, this method does not work anymore, since the VMS account of the ALL-IN-1 account can never be blank now. Is there any other way the customer can make use of to share one account within a department ? Your input would be appreciated. Thanks Simon

Simon, the change is only at the UI level. It was made, I think, at the time that the DELETE_FROM field was added, to ensure that problems with where the account was deleted from, were avoided. If you want to achieve the old effect, you can, from the Manager account, do a write change to the Profile: <write change profil user="{ALL-IN-1 username}", vmsusr="" It is known that the documentation on this (Management Guide, section 4.4.2) is incorrect.
