Hello,

We have a customer who runs currently ALL-IN-1 V3.0 and experiences following
problem :

When a user wants to delete multiple events of the passed, she gets after some
time the message :

Unable to open attendee file.

She must quit and reenter ALL-IN-1 to be able to continue to work properly,
else for instance she sees only the header of here mails etc.

Also, an empty mail is created in the created box containing only a message
header with all attendees in the distribution list but without message or
title.

I found an article in stars with the title "Multiple Delete (XD) From
TM Leaves Calender File Open", where is stated that this problem would be
resolved in ALL-IN-1 V2.4. Is it possible that this problem is there again
in V3.0 ??

        I've got a US customer reporting exactly the same thing.  They
        have not yet been able to supply any additional information, other
        than to say it happens ocassionally.
        
        I've suggested a whole list of VMS things to try and acquire more
        detail.  We've yet to determine if it's a user or system level
        failure on the file access.
